about

There is a story behind this song title! I was browsing the web one day trying to troubleshoot a technical issue on a technical forum website. In one of the margins, there was an issue with the heading "I beat the wall of flesh but the jungle did not grow restless". It was apparently posted by someone testing a game, but I just *HAD* to use that as an inspiration and a title.

This is a funky 70s-flavored Edgar Winter Group-inspired riff-fest with just two guitars, effectively playing the same part with slightly different effects. The first guitar is my Fender American Elite Strat with an octave effect, and the other is my black onyx Ibanez J. Custom RG with no effects.
